Check message accidentally deleted

Hi I accidentally deleted a message , where do I check it or how do I get it back?

If it was a message you had replied to previously to your deleting check your sent messages.

Done it myself lol

Not necessarily lost, click back in your browser until you're in the message again, then click mark as unread. It will appear in your inbox again when you refresh

No, once deleted, they're gone for good.

If someone contacts you, and you're Site Supporters, the previous messages in the conversaation may still show up - unless they've started a whole new message instead of replying to one you sent them.

Apparently I just removed a friend by accident is there anyway to get that back without waiting 30 days?
