Hi

On Saturday I lost all my mail including sent messages, my profile didn’t appear on searches, my friends thought I’d unfriended them or blocked them. I’ve tried contacting the site to at least get some compensation even a few days added to my membership for the inconvenience but I’ve heard nothing.

My messages have been lost and possibly so have some of the people that I was chatting to.

In 7 years this is the first time this has happened.

Disappointed in the customer service.
