Message filter problems

Im having problems with my message filters. I like single men messaging me but the filter keep coming on and single men keep being blocked. I have to keep changing it back to allow messages. I run a social on here on a separate profile and thats ok. It's just my single profile. I've messaged admin but it's still happening. Can anyone help?
