Ok - Dougal got trigger happy and winked someone by mistake! can we delete it before they see it?

Happens to the best of us

I tend to just send a polite message of sorry afterwards, if possible. ie if they accept messages, rather than not being able to take me hand away from a ceertain area to use a keyboard
