It took about 4 hours for my pin to come through today. Usually it happens straight away.

I tried to use paypal here but it wouldnt work at all and just kept sending me back to the begining. I checked that paypal itself was working ok and it was.

He is asking when the charge will go on his bill , not what will be on his bill

It will depend on when you are billed as to which bill you will be charged on.
