Hi,

Just looking for some help or advice.

I reccomened this site to a close friend who was interested. She's done her verification with the paper following the instructions but still can't access the site.

Tried on Monday and waited over 24 hours and nothing. Today she's going to try starting again with a new profil in-case something went wrong.

Can anyone advise if this is a normal waiting time? Do all female profiles have to verify to be able to access the site and even browse?

Photo-Verification is not mandatory for all profiles - but Admin do impose it for some where they feel it is necessary.

As this is not an instant service - your friend needs to be patient. If your friend has followed the very strict instructions about what the picture contains, it will be approved and the access to the site will he approved.

An additional profile is not necessary and may actually make her look like a fake-profiler.

Sounds like she hasn't followed the rules to the letter in my opinion ....

Thanks you for your responses.

Well I know she messed it up the first time. So I got her to re-do it following it exactly and double checked it before she submitted it.

I'll tell her to be patient and hopefully this will get sorted soon.

Ask her to contact Admin from the contact button at the bottom of the page, they will check it our for her
