Fake accounts created for abuse

Can someone help please.... an account on fab was removed last week as he was abusive to many.... he now has another account and is messaging my friends calling them slags and has his tagline citing my name. This is wholly inappropriate. I've reported. Can the ISP not be blocked or details so I can contact police?

Blocking ISP doesn't always work as you can use a different one. If you feel the police need to get involved then once you contact them they can contact Admin from the CONTACT button
