non existant profiles

I have been searching for a profile, and get a message saying it does not exist, but i have a couples profile and can find it there

If you hid the profile you won't be able to find it using a search ....

Could it be that you have your singles profile blocked by it but not your couples one?

I get this message "Sorry, we couldn't find any users with that search" yet i know the person and they confirmed their profile name.
