Attaching pics to mail

Hope someone can help with this one, but for some reason I can't attach pictures in mails. It gives me the button to attach pics, then when I click it nothing comes up.

I have made sure pop ups are enabled for the site just in case it was that.

Anyone got any idea why?

You need photos on your account to add them. Add a private photo and try again after it is approved
