How can I change from a single guy to a couples page please

Use the 'Contact' facility - only Admin can sort any change of profile type.

Thanks all, we have to sort out a new profile, different e mail address too, no worries we will do it, just thought might be ok to change it with a pic of both of us..will have to start our fab journey from new

Our profile has gone from a couple to single male without being requested (admin contacted), we are verified however.

Ideas?

Only Admin can action profile type changes - you need to be patient if you have already sent the details to them via the 'Contact' facility.

It sounds like it'd be easier to open a fresh profile and ask the people that are active to re verify you, maybe a video chat or a fone call to them. As your verifications are 4 years old, most people would want proof you are still together. There are too many single males that hold on to their couples profile instead of closing them.

I hope you can resolve this 1 way or another.
