when i look at our profile it just says verified genuine,how do we get the text up that was sent with the verification?.

cant see anything in the management link

Go into 'manage verifications' and it will give you the option to display it or not.

there is a box underneath the verification which you click on which says DISPLAY ON PROFILE if you do that and it is not displayed email admin
