Upgrading by telephone

is anyone else having problems upgrading via telephone option ? getting no help so far, dead tone when calling the number.

had no help from admin at all, just saying check your telecom provider as may have an adult restriction on my line, so I did, and my line is fine, so clearly a fault with Fab,

used this method for months to renew and never had a problem before, but it's probably Fab's way of doing away with that option and not telling users.

It seems it is only Talktalk that has the problem. If they say there is no restriction on your account and you are getting nowhere, can you upgrade by text instead?

It's the same by text now only credit card not text

They are all working fine including the text option....it is just TalkTalk who seems to be blocking the call option because it is premium. They should lift it if you call them

Paying by text is easier

Paying by text stopped for me 5 months ago had to use card and buy more

Normally it is because of adult blocks...we used EE once that said they had lifted our adult block and it took me four more attempts of long phone calls before they lifted the thing.

If you used to be able to upgrade by phone but are now unable to, it's most likely an issue with TalkTalk who have blocked premium services on many of thir customers lines. You need to contact their customer services direct.

(Or use another method).
