cams freezing

Hi, When I go and look at cams.....they start but freeze within a few seconds and do not restart.....does anyone have any ideas please ....Thank you ...Michael

I uninstalled and reinstalled google chrome....prior to that I deleted cookies etc.....and checked port....all are okay....Please help as I just cant figure out what is wrong...Thanks ...Micky ....
