Profile pic keeps disappearing

3 times our profile pic has went back to a blackhead when none of us has changed it.

Woke up this morning to find it was a blackhead again

Any idea why this is happening? We have changed our password twice incase we got hacked

That is odd. Have you used the contact button to ask if admin have seen any issues ? Have you asked your OH if they have been removing it ? I'd suggest changing your password in case anyone else has worked your current one out and is playing jokes on you ...

Contacted admin but no reply also changed password twice now. My Mrs hasn’t changed it , just don’t understand it

It does seem odd.... especially as your pics seem quite normal ....

Admin wouldn't remove the pic unless it broke rules, so maybe make sure your OH isn't playing tricks on you and change your password to something obscure
