Where from. If you block the person you sent it to them it will be removed from their account. If it was sent to you it disappears if you block the person

Should be fairly immediate. How do you know if you've blocked them? You shouldn't be able to see?

If you don't want it showing hide it. If its a verification from someone you have never met ie a fake verification report it to admin and get them to remove it.
