We have tried to verify a couple we have met. It didn’t show up on their profile? So we tried again, three times?

Not too sure what to do, don’t want to get flagged for making an honest error.

If you shared an internet connection - or they have relevant filters set which limit contact, the verification would not connect to the profile.

If you report the issue via the 'CONTACT' facility [bottom of the homepage, teeny-tiny print - then Admin can look into the issue for you. Be patient - these things can take time to correct.

Verifications we try to leave for another user aren't being saved

If you're trying to verify another account that you have created yourself or you're trying to verify someone who is using the same PC as yourself, or you're on the same internet connection, then the verification won't be recorded. We do this to stop people creating fake accounts and verifying them themselves.

This is the wrong advice again. Please...can you only give advice if you are 100% sure of it
