Verification text not showing

Does anyone have any idea why the text in my verifications are not showing? It says two reviews but no text from reviewers.

I have checked settings and it says that it should be visible?

Are the people that wrote the reviews still on the site?

I beleive that if someone deletes their profile then their verification is also deleted, however you will still show as being verified.

Thanks for the reply.

I believe one is still on the site as their text is showing when I go to my verifications. The other one isn't so leads me to believe that they may have left.
