Can't find user under name search

Been speaking to a guy who told me his other half was on fabswingers and gave me her user name however name search does not bring her up and we have both checked our blocked list but still no sign

Can anyone shed any light on this

Could she find and msg you, and you then add her as a friend see her profile or whatever from her message?

Maybe she has hidden her profile OP? If so she won't show up if you search for her user name

She might have hidden her profile or she might have left the site. There is always the possibility that you have the name slightly wrong.

Why not ask him to get her to contact you, as has been suggested. That will settle the matter
