Non site supporters

In the privacy setting you can stop people who aren’t site supporters from viewing your profile. We have turned this function on but are still having people view us who aren’t site supporters. It’s a long story as to why but has anyone any advice as this function isn’t working for us

I didn’t think that function stopped them viewing, but just messaging you?

You cannot stop anyone from viewing your profile unless you hide it or block individual people. Blocking certain users/groups in your message filters just prevents them from messaging, they can still view your profile.
