cant see cams on chat

I am a site supporter but when I go into chat I cant see other peoples cam shows.

Can someone help me as I used to be able to but havent a clue What I am doing wrong now!!!!!!

have you got a new cam/checked the server,sometimes as in happened me today,ie8 reinstalled itself so i had to redo all favs,and redo my settings,just a tought
