Having the same isssue. Paid by text as usually but despite having the code applied Window I’m back to a basic account. Messaged but no response.

Patience - if you have reported the problem, it will be sorted but reports can take 48 hours to be actioned.

Reports of a profile can take up to 48 hours but this isn't a report.

You will get a response about upgrades if you have gone through the contact page
