Can someone tell me, if you have blocked someone and reported an abusive message, do admin block all contact, which I could understand as I could unblock at any time, the said person is no longer on my block list?

I'm hoping the answer is yes!

People who have left the site (whether banned or of their own accord) disappear from my block list.

Yes. Sometimes Admin do a permanent ban between users which neither can lift.

Nope,many block for convience,ie so someone outside their criteria don't contact them again,

Its a site tool,use it as you wish.

Oh there is one,dont use the forum to contact ppl who have blocked u
