I got a reply to a message which surprised me because my success rate is dire.

Asked how she was and she quickly told me that her electricity was cut off. The conversation continued and she's mentioned PayPal and is unavailable to get any help. I've told her she's not getting money off me and she is still chatting to me. I think it's a scam. I've come across them on other relationship forums.

Anyone seen it here?

Btw I could be wrong about her.

definentley a scam , as soon as paypal mentioned its a scam

trust me she/he will have girlfriends boyfriends aunts uncles cousins neighbours and even the electricity board to help her pay her bill...

do not part with a single penny

I think you know the answer already to your question its a scam either block or block and report but dont pay anything
