wrote a verification for someone we've met and it hasn't appeared they're not getting it.

Verifications won't go through if :

a] you have shared an internet connection

b] one or other of you are not within your filtered message criteria

You also have to be cam or meet-verified first, before you can send someone else a verifications.

Check all filters, and try again to send verifications.

If still no joy - use the 'CONTACT' facility [bottom of homepage, teeny-tiny print] and explain the issue to Admin, who will sort the issue.

I thought a veri would go through even if the receiver was outside sender's criteria, as long as the sender was within receiver's criteria?
