I presently have a single profile, I have a lady friend who would like to become involved, how do I change to a couples profile? Thanks.

As your profile is verified it is unlikely to be changed to a couples profile.

Just start a new couples profile, all you need is a new email address.

I have this problem too but want to go from couple profile to single profile... I don't want to lose my verifications etc so don't want to start again fresh...
