Paying too much?

South Cheshire/Staffs Border

I tried to pay £5 through txt msg, never got code back so tried again & nothing. So ended up paying more via my card. Now my o2 bill has arrived & the 2 txt payments have gone out too? So i have paid for the service 3 times, what can i do?
