On a regular basis all our messages keep vanishing and saying 1 unread but the inbox is empty.

Anyone else having the same problems.

Why are messages being deleted even messages supposedly saved Used to be able to refer back to both sent and received messages now lucky if you can go back 2days ago who decided to delete and why were we not informed

Also can someone explain blue light( on line) shows on line then goes out yet still on line confusing also can we have the timing delay explained?

Blue light on send message wrong after sending message blue light off when you check you find instead of online now shows last online 5 or 7minutes ago needs sorting has caused some serious problems
