My friend has returned to fab, he waited out his 7 days but still can't post in the forums?

He can click reply to thread but when he posts it just goes blank.

He had no issues using the forums before and wasn't banned so it surely can't be that his IP is blocked or anything?

He tried contacting admin but has had no reply and he still can't post 2 days later.

Can anyone help?
