Saved messages

My saved messages wont delete. Some are 2 years old and still wont delete.

Any advice please?

Are you using the new version of the mailbox - the one with linked conversations? If so, try reverting back to the original mailbox, as it's sometimes possible to delete mails there that you cannot in the new mailbox.

Okay - are you using a PC or a mobile?

If Mobile, are you using the mobile version of the site - or the desktop version?

So many variables!!! lol

Mobile. I may get the other half to see if he can delete them on the laptop.

Cant access the site on my work one web marshel says no hahaha

Planet kitten, North East usually but occasionally South as well

We had the same problem.

We logged in from a laptop on the tinterwebnet and deleted them that way.
