Just been chatting to someone in chat rooms, we have become friends (she made me a friend) but we can't mail because I am a couple of years over her age limit.

I thought being frineds let us mail regrdless of age ranges and otherwise being blocked?

It should let you mail if you have both accepted the friends request. If all else fails, if she mails you, you will be able to mail back.

Hiya

I am 'age blocked' which means I can't mail her.

She raised her age limit so we could chat and the site accused me of changing my age to avoid the age limit.......

posted my mobile no in the room and got kicked (which I can't realy complain about) but I was just off to find a mod to ask for help about this.....grrrr

I don't know what the problem is with the friends thing but if she mails you, you should be able to mail her back.

I think admin mentioned that the filters take a little while to clear, this is deliberate to stop people changing their age simply to bypass a filter.

Yeah I think you are right about the age thing, but I am guessing you should be able to add as friends and that should work straight away?

i know when we block single men friends can still mail us.Its probably just a bit of a delay...
