I verified someone by webcam when I meant meeting. Can't delete verification but can't do new one. Can it be changed?

I just can't figure out how to change my location from the UK to Canada. Its not letting me change via the location as the zip code ends in a letter not a number. I just can't find a way. Help please?

Top right of homepage, there is a dropdown list. Pick Canada, then amend your hometown in your profile. May have to log out, them back in again for change to complete.
