well there s a beginers guide for single guys and girls

should there be one for couples?

we are new so not the people to write one

but will offer our 2 key tohughts

1 communicate to each other

2 be honest

3 swinging wil not fix a broken marridge / relationship see 1st too rules

anyone else?

Talk to each other about it. Lots.

You have to be doing this because it's something you both want, not because one wants to do it and the other has been persuaded to go aolong with it.

Lay down your own ground rules.

Talk about them.

Narrow down who you think you might want to meet.

Talk about it.

Make contact with some people and see how you get on via mail etc.

Talk about it.

Decide if you're going to have a meet.

Talk about it.

Go and do the deed itself, maybe have a social meet 1st.

Talk about it.

Have the sex. Do it on the basis that this is something you are both going to try and neither of you really knows how you are going to feel about it.

Come home.

Fuck each others brains out (everybody does after a meet - especially a 1st one).

If for any reason it hasnt worked out well (and there are a myriad of reasons) sleep on it it 'til tomorrow.

Next Day.

Talk about it.

How did you feel individually? How did you feel as a couple. Be honest. Brutally so.

Talk about it.

All human life is here.

And most people are kind of being who they want to be/would like to be to some extent.

But a bit of nous, and thinking about who your going to meet and why when you're NOT horny will provide a lot of protection.

As i said to someone the other week, when this site works, it works brilliantly. But you have to sort the wheat from the chaff (and everyone has their own definitions/tastes etc)

I think the best question anyone can ask themselves on here is "why"?

was a 1st meet that got beyond social

but the key as above is talk about it

yes talk bout evrything even things you didnt like...

our first meet didnt go the way we wanted but was more to do with wrong couple than us, weve since met others, and you discover what you like/dont like...

but at the end of the day its bout your pleasures...

talked about it 40 miles home

then followed the stop as listed

You'll be fine.

But make sure that when there is something one of you didnt like...you talk about it.

Talking about the good stuff is easy, saying to your partner "that made me uncomfortable" is a bit harder.

hence the time from us joining to 1st play last night

Maybe try to have your first meet an 'away game'. I know one couple who, after deciding swinging wasn't for them, threw their bed 'cos it had bad memories for them
