Hi, we’ve been trying to create a new profile just for Mrs since this morning, submitted different photos for verification and sent emails but nothing - please help ???

It's Saturday - the Admin [who do the photo-verifications] have a life too - they will get it sorted - you just have to be patient.

Presuming you used a totally new email addy for the new profile, and the pic you sent in was totally following the guidance given - all will be well - breathe deeply for a while there.
