Charged twice for renewal

Hi it seems that myself and my partner (same profile) have both been charged to renew. I didn't notice until I looked on our bank statement today and didn't realise it was automatic renewal. please could someone advise.

That's what I thought! But £30 has come out of my bank account and £30 from his. And our membership had been renewed so it must of been from fab. Is there a phone number I could possibly ring does anyone know?

Fab doesn't cost 30 quid to renew. It doesn't automatically renew either once your membership runs out you have to renew it xxx

The site doesnt do automatic renewal.

If you get in touch with Admin using the CONTACT link at the bottom of the page they will help you sort it
