Couple's profile

I am also on here as part of a couple, but for the past few days we can't reply to messages, we can press reply and type a message, even hit send, but nothing shows up in the sent folder, I tried searching through this profile for the couple's profile, but it doesn't show up.

I think if you have multiple accounts from the same IP address admin might ban one
