I have a picture on my profile but when I try to make contact with a person I get the message this person only wants contact with users displaying a photo...but I am ??

You have no public pictures on your profile hence why you cannot contact some members as they may have chosen that filter

I've chosen to be contacted only by users with pics, yet I still get contact from the wee black shadow, the site tools are not the best!
