Photo Catorgoies Disappearing?

Hey,

Whenever I go to categorizing my photos after I've uploaded them sometimes there are a lot more categories to tick. Often the hair option is the one to be disappearing bar 'Hair: Blonde' option. Others go aswell but that's just an example.

Any idea why this happens? I've tried refreshing the page etc.
