Is there anyway to look back on chat history with a certain user. It’s says at the top of their profile mailed you 3 weeks ago but how can I find the message? At the min I usually just message them and then it brings the chat to the top of the list and I can see the previous messages. There has got to be a better way?

If you have both deleted previous conversation then it won't show old chat.
