I just paid the £5 by text for site supporter status and entered the code. When I clicked enter it said it had been 'successfully applied to [my] account', but my account hasn't updated. This has always been instant in the past so I think there must be some kind od problem?

For anything to do with upgrades you should contact Admin directly using the CONTACT link and they will help you sort it
