Password help

My buddy has changed her password today and now can't log in. She's assuming that there's a typo in the new password. She's put her e-mail in the 'forgotten e-mail' page but a reminder hasn't come through, anyone know how long this usually takes?

Stumped then, all I can suggest is to report the profile with the details and see if Admin can help.
