Unable to upgrade by text ! Has some thing changed , always been able to do it in the past.

Have you got an age block? My phone didn't have one and then the provider kept placing one on , three times in 6 months the gits...had to phone them three times

Sorted, now found out my new mobile phone provider does not support these type of premium rate numbers and the block on them cannot be lifted ,

Spoken to provider and no the block on these type of premium rate numbers cannot and will not be lifted due to the amount of scams out there .

Other providers still allow them but not this one ( not naming the provider for obvious reasons)
