In my message filters I have blocked mf couples but still keep getting messages from them

I've been having the same problem - have reported it but still happening. If you have messaged the couple before even if its a no thank you they can still message you regardless of the block but if they have not I'd report it and hopeful it will get sorted

I am still getting message from couples and now TV/TS's whom I have blocked on my message filters, I have never had contact with any of the ones that are getting through, I have reported it via the report button on the messages but it seems nothing is being done about the glitch

If people who you have blocked with filters are messaging you it's because you have mailed them previously.

Just put a specific block on them if you don't want to hear from them in the future.

You can check this as a site supporter by viewing their profile and checking the contact history bit at the left hand side.

As I said I have never messaged or been messaged by these people before
