Partner stuck with photo verification

I wonder if someone could help me, my gf is wanting her own profile on here but seems to be stuck with her verification photo, she can't access any of the site as each time she logs in she is stopped by message asking her to upload a verification photo to continue, she can't even use the contact option to contact anyone from her own account, she has sent a verification photo twice now but still no joy

Has she uploaded the veri photo via the link for it? If she's just uploading a pic the normal way it won't work
