I have just received my phone bill and it has the premium number for site supporters on it, now I know I haven't sent any texts for the service. So how have I been charged?

You do seem to have a silver supporters badge, so it does look like at some point you have become a supporter through one of the means of doing this.

If you go to the My Account page it should say - thank you for being a silver site supporter, and will tell you how many days you have remaining. Subtract that from how many days you bought and the date should be the same as the billing date.

But if you are still adamant you didn't become a site supporter then contact Admin -
