We have an unread mail, but can't find it in the mailbox. Could it be that it's too old and removed? How can I correct it?

I had this a while ago, it sorted itself out. Contact admin it may be a glitch x

Possibly delete some of yr read messages, if the unread message has gone off the screen, deleting some of the others should bring it back

try clearing it from the site on your phone

Tried deleting all read messages to no avail. Silly question: how do I contact an admin?

I've also found with grouped messages that if someone sends 2 or more in a row that when you open it, sometimes only the last message is marked read and you need to open again and scroll down.

I'm getting a constant "1 unread message" but don't actually have any unread messages.

When i have 1 unread only thing that works is a mass delete

If you're using the new mailbox go back to the old one and you'll probably find it.

If you're already in the old mailbox it's probably dropped off the bottom of the page so delete some of the messages you can see and it'll come back onto the page

Hm. But I know it's not an old one one. I didn't have any new messages (I clear them regularly), and then I think I deleted one but it stayed showing unread?
