Here and There

I've just been left a verification by a guy that I had sent one reply message to four weeks ago and nothing more. That's odd in my eyes however my question is can I delete it?

It's not derogatory or nasty in anyway. In fact it's only one word. I've hidden it too. It's just that I like certain things to be neat and tidy (all of my email accounts are magnificent) and I know it's there, lurking, taunting me with it's calls of "I shouldn't be here"

I'd like to think I'll be okay and recover from the horrific incident with no lasting effects but in all honesty I'm struggling with the annoyance
