Help!!...blocked from messaging

Any advice please! Been chatting away on here this morning and now I've received a message from the site saying I've been blocked from messaging because it contains a website or spam when it was just a plain straightforward message!! Told me to try again in a couple of hours. Any ideas people??

Thays just an instant ban usually comes back after 2 hours. There some words and address thats a total no no and you probally accidently hit on. Don't worry about it.

It’s random, I’ve had it before when there was nothing at all inappropriate in my message ... no way to get it reviewed so best just waiting it out!!
