Why has my single profile changed to a couples profile?.... if I did this I didn’t mean to and now I can’t change it back.

It was a single profile which I had before I met him and we had a separate joint profile.

Can admin change it back??

Only admin can change it, they probably seen you only meet as a couple so have changed your profile accordingly...
