Hi All

My wife has forgotton her password for her single woman account, but when trying to use the reset link we find that her ancient hotmail account has been deactivated due to not being used in the last year. Is there any way we can have a password reset other than using the old email address that does not exist. She has so many friends that she does not want to lose contact with
