private gallery

I "hid" some of our photos because someone had suggested they were a bit extreme for some people. I ticked the "private" option in "manage photos"

when my profile is viewed though there is nothing to show that I have a private gallery. the photos do appear as private for me to include in mail.

Any Ideas?

(Confusingly) the private gallery on your profile page shows friend only photos. If you set the photos to be friend only they will show there. If you set them to be private you can send by private mail but that's it.

The friends only gallery is for friends only the private gallery means you dont show as having any pics then you get the choice of whether you want to send them out when you mail someone .

Yes. We tried this a little while ago but there is not quite enough room on the menu for "Friends Only Gallery" and we thought "Friends Gallery" wasn't right, and that's why we left it as it was/is
